What are credits?
Credits power your AI conversations. 1 credit = $0.01. Every month you get $5 worth free. If you use more, you can top up from the billing page — no subscription needed.
Can I use my own API key?
Yes. Developer plan users can bring their own OpenRouter, Anthropic, or OpenAI key. Standard users use our managed keys.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your AI will pause until you top up. You can buy credits any time from the billing page — no minimum, instant top-up.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly free credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Any purchased credits stay on your account until they are used.
How is model usage billed?
Usage is metered by input and output tokens for each model. More advanced models usually cost more per token, and your balance updates automatically as requests are processed.
Can I switch models anytime?
Yes. You can switch between supported models at any time from the Models page. Pricing follows the selected model at the time each request runs.
What does the Power Upgrade include?
Power Upgrade adds more CPU, RAM, and SSD capacity for heavier workloads, faster tool execution, and better performance under concurrent usage.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your instance will stay active until the end of the billing period.
